The Pub Bun: Our pub buns get their name from the restaurants for which they were designed and formulated, the brew pubs. These pubs have achieved their astounding success by providing a unique local style of handcrafted brews, each distinctly different from the ones being mass produced. Naturally, each pub also felt that their food, especially their sandwiches, should follow the same special path. The bun they wanted had to be sturdy enough to contain all the trimmings, the condiments and the main course, while still being light, flavorful and easy to eat.
