Willamette Valley Chardonnay, Willamette Valley Oregon, 2010 750 Ml

Dijon Clone. Stewardship of the land est. 1983. The Willamette Valley’s long, cool growing season is ideally suited for growing low yields of high quality Chardonnay grapes. Our mission in growing cool climate varietals is to create elegant, classic Oregon wines from the Willamette Valley Appellation. These vines were tended by hand and cluster thinned to increase flavor intensity. All of our vineyards are certified sustainable - LIVE (low input viticulture and enology) and Salmon Safe. -Jim Berrau, founder/winegrower; Forrest Klaffke, winemaker.
